OUR SIGNATURES
At Sirene, our menu is a love letter to mornings: from signature Eggs Benedict with a Berlin twist to Turkish Eggs and wild mushroom toast. Seasonal additions, like spring asparagus with red caviar, bring a fresh rhythm to the table. Local flavors lead the way, from sourdough by Zeit für Brot to buttery brioche and artisanal sausages from butcher Sausage Man Never Sleeps. And for a sweet nod to heritage, our Ukrainian-style Syrnyky come in both sweet and savory versions, bringing comfort and tradition to the brunch table.

At Sirene, we love coffee in its purest, classic form, but we also leave room for a little play. From a straight-up espresso to bold twists like espresso with fresh orange juice or matcha tonic, every cup is fresh, bright, and rooted in Berlin. Our coffee and matcha come from Fjord, one of the city’s finest local roasteries.
